Van Sampada (the website vansampada.in and the Van Sampada Android app) is provided by Anthropy India for officers and field staff of the Himachal Pradesh Forest Department. By signing in you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
Your seat
- Only people given a seat by the Forest Department may sign in. Use only your own seat.
- Keep your password secret and change the temporary one when asked. You are responsible for what is done under your seat; tell your administrator at once if you think someone else has used it.
Using Van Sampada
- Record only true information. Take photos and videos at the actual site, at the time of the work, and do not alter their location, time or content.
- Upload only what the work needs: nothing unlawful or offensive, and no one's personal details beyond what a record requires.
- Do not try to reach data your role does not allow, share access with others, or disrupt the service.
Records
What you record becomes part of the department's official records: it may be reviewed, approved, sent back, audited and kept as the law and the department require. Approved success stories and the verification pages of completed works are published on the website. You confirm that you may share whatever you upload.
Suspension
Access may be suspended or ended for misuse, or when you no longer hold a seat.
The service
We work to keep Van Sampada available, correct and secure, but it is provided as it is, without a promise of uninterrupted service. Keep the app up to date; work recorded offline is uploaded when a connection returns. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jaipur have jurisdiction.
